by On 22 March 2023 Professor Marius Turda participated as an expert in a meeting organised by the Council of Europe’s Committee on Social Affairs, Health and Sustainable Development. A motion regarding the detention of the ‘socially maladjusted’ was put forward by the said Committee and approved by the Parliamentary Assembly. Mr Stefan Schennach was assigned as the rapporteur.
